Privacy & cookies
This describes what Dreamorre Construction And Interior Private Limited collects through this website and why. It covers the site only — not the paperwork of a construction contract, which is dealt with separately in writing.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry. The contact form asks for your name, email address, and optionally a location and budget, along with your message. That is stored so we can reply and so we have a record of the conversation. We do not sell it and we do not pass it to third parties for marketing.
When you browse. The site sets no cookies of its own. Analytics cookies load only if you choose Accept on the banner — decline and nothing is loaded at all. You can change your mind by clearing this site’s data in your browser, which resets the banner.
If you accept analytics, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel may set cookies and record which pages you visited, roughly where you are, and what device you used. IP addresses are anonymised. This tells us which services people are actually looking for; it is not used to identify you personally.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards in case the project restarts. Ask us to delete yours and we will. Analytics data is held under Google’s and Meta’s own retention settings.
Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 — and the GDPR if you are contacting us from the EU or UK — you can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be erased. Write to business@dreamorre.com and we will action it.
Security
Enquiries are stored on our own database, reachable only by named staff accounts with individual permissions and an audit trail. Passwords are hashed, never stored in readable form.
