Greater Noida West, still called Noida Extension by everyone who lives there, is the opposite: dense high-rise handover stock where flats arrive bare and need full interiors. Our own office is in Sector 2, Greater Noida West, which means most of this work is a short drive rather than a site visit budgeted for.

What does the drawing set include?

How much do architectural drawings cost?
Design-only fees are quoted either as a percentage of estimated project value or as a fixed fee against a defined scope, depending on the size of the job. We agree which before starting so there is no argument about it later.
