Yes. Design-only engagements are exactly that — you own the set and are free to build with anyone. We will not make execution a condition of doing the drawings.
Will the drawings be accepted by Noida Authority?
Yes. We prepare the submission set in the format New Okhla Industrial Development Authority requires for Noida, including the plans, sections and structural details they ask for, and we can file and follow the case through if you would rather not.
What does the drawing set include?

How much do architectural drawings cost?
